Twitter over capacity

I logged onto Twitter to catch up on the tweets from last night.  I came across this image

Twitter over capacity!!!  So just wondering if it’s a server or two that are down or that Twitter can’t keep up with it’s every growing popularity.

A few days ago they were attacked by a Phising scam and a few popular accounts were hacked.  I did notice that there were delays yesterday in the delivery of posts.  So do be patient with them it looks like they have had a touch few days.
